A proposed family-run team in Ethiopia, with a legal-practice background and a focus on careful records. Work is handled locally, with an agreed contact and scheduled updates. Professional legal work needs a separate agreement.

Record the visit date, what was seen and any areas that could not be accessed.

The proposed pilot keeps rent and third-party payments direct to the owner, supplier or authority. Extra work is quoted separately. Team identities and professional credentials will be confirmed before client work starts.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE
A few important details.
Is this a property valuation or building inspection?
The visit records visible conditions and supplies factual evidence. Technical inspections, safety certification and property valuations require the appropriate specialist and a separate agreement.
Do I need a monthly plan?
If you only want occasional visits, book individual visits. The monthly plan is for owners who also need regular updates and remote coordination. A monthly update does not mean a new visit was made that month.
Can you help with legal matters?
Legal advice, document drafting and representation must be arranged directly with an appropriately licensed lawyer, under a separate professional agreement. They are not included in the property-service prices.
Who receives rent and repair payments?
Rent goes directly to the owner. Repair and government payments go directly to the supplier or authority. Dejen’s service fee is separate, and any additional coordination must be agreed in writing.
What is needed before a visit?
The team needs clear authority to enter, an agreed contact on site and permission to take photographs. Occupied, disputed or inaccessible areas will not be entered without the necessary permissions.
